Summer Heat Got You Dehydrated? 22 Foods to Keep You Hydrated and Other Remedies

There have been many places in the US that have had extreme summer heat and some people are having a hard time with it. Heat stroke, heavy sweating, headaches, burns and even death!

 

This year, 2023, has been the hottest summer on record and it has been relentless. And it does not seem to be stopping any time soon. Feeling dehydrated? Can’t seem to shake that feeling? Have you had other unexplainable symptoms including dehydration this summer?

Here are other potential symptoms of electrolyte imbalances that accompany summer and heavy sweating:

  • muscle cramps, spasms, or twitching
  • muscle weakness
  • irregular or fast heartbeat

  3. Ginger Bug and Ginger Mint Lime Soda
  4. Homeopathically You Can Add Cell Salt
    1. Natrum muriaticum 6x into your water to balance your salt levels and help with the headache. You could even put it in your smoothie.
  5. China 30
    1. If you find you are sweating heavily thus loosing a lot of fluid that way, try to rebalance with this homepathic remedy.
  6. Belladonna 200
    1. For the heat of the day if you are sweating with congestive headache in the sun.
  7. Glonoinum 200
    1. If  you get a red face, with throbbing head pain when outside in the heat.

    1. If you don’t sweat but get anxious and agitated and very hot outside, try .
